• Normal search, a search for any given entry in relation to an identified person for any period not exceeding 5 years (i.e. the person's exact name and date of birth (if available) can be provided for the search. The search will be conducted with 2 years preceding and 2 years following the person's year of birth provided in case no matched record is found against the year of birth provided).
• Intensive search, a search for any entry other than normal search, for example, in relation to a person whose identity is not clearly specified (i.e. the person's exact name and /or exact date of birth cannot be provided for the search). If the record cannot be found at a maximum 90 working days, it will be reported as "record not found".
  

Fee Schedule (Death Record Search - Hong Kong) :

d : denotes number of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) of Hong Kong and respective jurisdiction(s). Order is cut-off at 9:30 am and 14:15 [Hong Kong Time, International time +8 Hours] during Hong Kong Office Hours daily. Results will be sent dependent on the processing time of services. (e.g. Client choosing express order and places order before 9:30 am (HK Time), the results will be sent about 15:00 pm [10:00 am next day] (HK Time) if choosing Express Order with 0.5 d processing time [Normal Order with 1 day processing time]).

With the change of privacy policies effected recently, client may be requested to provide the documentation regarding the relationship with the search subject or the authorisation from the subject. We do not guarantee the search be proceeded by the government without such documentation as requested by the government officer. All fees paid are NON-refundable.

All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE NOR PRO-RATED REFUND.

Fees are charged if there is no record of the person(s) being searched and no information can be provided per our report for reasons that the name provided by client for performing the search is not existed or not registered in Hong Kong.


Limitation of Search
The database records are updated only to the extent of information and documents that are made available respective Government offices.
