We may perform the information search of the Particulars of Motor
Vehicle to obtain a history, related to traffic and transport matters,
of the vehicle registered in Hong Kong. In the provision of the services,
client is required to provide the motor vehicle registration number.
It may be an aid for buying/selling a car, or information in transport-related
legal proceedings.

d : denotes number of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding
holidays) of Hong Kong and respective jurisdiction(s). Order is
cut-off at 9:30 am and 14:15 [Hong Kong Time, International time
+8 Hours] during Hong Kong Office Hours daily. Results will be sent
dependent on the processing time of services. (e.g. Client choosing
express order and places order before 9:30 am (HK Time), the results
will be sent about 15:00 pm [10:00 am next day] (HK Time) if choosing
Express Order with 0.5 d processing time [Normal Order with 1 day
processing time]).
* If checking the vehicle at specified time (with date and time),
or which specified time is beyond 5 years from the date of search,
the processing time takes 9-15 days and no Express Order.
All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE NOR PRO-RATED
REFUND.
Fees are charged if there is no record of the person(s) being
searched and no information can be provided per our report for reasons
that the name provided by client for performing the search is not
existed or not registered in Hong Kong.
Limitation of Search
The database records are updated only to the extent of information
and documents that are made available respective Government offices.
Client declares and accepts that he/she should ONLY use personal data of the registered owner provided by
the certificate for activities relating to traffic & transport matters, purchases/sales of the motor
vehicle(s) or in relation to legal proceeding, and FOR NO OTHER PURPOSES.
